As part of my Introduction to Strategic Writing and Design course at the University of Missouri, I was tasked with creating a hypothetical rebrand of Coolhaus, a woman-owned ice cream brand known for its premium ingredients and unique flavors, such as Milkshake & Fries. The brand is also committed to environmental sustainability, inclusivity and diversity. My team and I developed a campaign featuring a catering truck, print ads, a website redesign and a YouTube advertisement. I aimed to reflect Coolhaus's quirky flavors and bold personality through design.
